Who this covers
This policy covers Hamilton Ridley Consulting, LLC (“Hamilton Ridley”, “we”) — the website at hamiltonridley.com, the client and partner portal, and the internal tools we run to do our own work, including the Google-connected automation we call “CoWorkMaster”.
What we collect on the website and portal
- What you give us. Your name, email, company, and whatever you write or record in an intake form, a proposal, or a review request.
- Account details. If you sign in to the portal, we keep your login email and the role and purchases attached to it.
- Payments. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We receive a record of the purchase; we never see or store your card number.
- Basic technical data. Server logs of the kind every website keeps — pages requested, timestamps, approximate location from your IP address — used only to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
To reply to you, scope and deliver the work you asked for, run your portal account, process your purchase, and keep the site working. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Google user data (CoWorkMaster)
CoWorkMaster is an internal automation that connects to Google accounts owned and operated by Hamilton Ridley’s founder. It is not offered to the public and is not used with anyone else’s Google account. When it asks for permission to Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Contacts, or Tasks, here is what that means:
- What it reads and writes. It reads and labels email, reads and creates documents and spreadsheets, reads calendar events, and manages tasks — in the connected accounts only — so that the founder can organise his own work.
- Where the data goes. Data stays on systems Hamilton Ridley controls. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with third parties except the service providers needed to run the tool (for example, the AI model that summarises a document on request), and only to provide that function.
- Who sees it. No human other than the account owner reads it. Automated processing is used only to provide the features described here.
- Limited Use. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
- Revoking access. Access can be removed at any time from the connected Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Stored copies are deleted on request.
Who we share with
Only the service providers that run the site and tools — hosting, database, email delivery, payments, and AI services — and only what each one needs to do its job. We share information when the law requires it. We do not sell it.
How long we keep it
Portal accounts and project records are kept while the relationship is active and for the period our contracts and tax rules require. Intake submissions that never become a project are deleted within a year. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless a legal obligation says otherwise.
Security
Access to systems is limited to the people who need it, protected by strong authentication, and encrypted in transit. No system is perfect; if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or close your portal account. Email us and we will handle it within 30 days. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
