Hamilton Ridley Consulting

Terms of Service

The short, readable version of how this site and our tools may be used.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to hamiltonridley.com, the client and partner portal, and the tools Hamilton Ridley Consulting, LLC (“Hamilton Ridley”, “we”) makes available through them. By using them you agree to these terms. Paid engagements are governed by the proposal or statement of work you sign; where that document and these terms differ, the signed document wins.

Your account

Keep your login to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current.

Acceptable use

Use the site and tools for their intended purpose. Do not try to break in, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer them; do not upload anything you do not have the right to share; do not use them to harm anyone. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

Purchases

Prices are shown before you buy. Payments are processed by Stripe. Reviews, scans, and other digital deliverables are provided as described on the page where you buy them. If a deliverable is not what we said it would be, tell us within 14 days and we will make it right or refund it. Consulting work is refundable as set out in its proposal.

Your content and ours

What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to do the work you asked for. The site, its design, our recipes, field notes, and tools are ours; you may read and use them for your own business, not resell them.

Internal tools and Google-connected automation

Some tools described on this site, including the automation we call CoWorkMaster, are internal to Hamilton Ridley and connect only to accounts we own. They are not offered to the public. How connected Google data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

No guarantees, limited liability

The site and tools are provided as they are. We work hard to keep them accurate and available, but we do not promise they will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for anything arising from the site or a digital purchase is limited to what you paid us for it in the prior twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending things

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We can end or suspend access if these terms are broken or if we stop offering a service, and we will refund any prepaid amount for a service we withdraw.

Law, changes, contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If we change them in a way that matters, the effective date at the top changes with it. Questions: daniel.kemp@hamiltonridley.com.
